Book in advance your transfer for via Trieste 180 (Ravenna), located about 12 km from the cruise terminal, to ensure a peaceful journey.

- get off the ship, exit the terminal, and look for the staff with uniforms or VISIT RAVENNA signs. If you have difficulties in locating the correct vehicle, you can contact the Tourist Info Point

Luggage
This service operates with shared vehicles, therefore luggage space is limited.
Each item placed in the luggage compartment counts as 1 unit, regardless of its size.

The following are considered luggage items:
   - Suitcases of any size
   - Cabin trolleys
   - Strollers
   - Foldable wheelchairs
   - Any object that occupies space in the luggage compartment

A personal item, such as a small handbag or backpack that can be kept on your lap, is not considered a luggage item or unit.
To guarantee the service, it is essential to indicate the correct number of luggage items at the time of booking. If the number of items exceeds what was declared, the service cannot be guaranteed.

Pick-up Time and Punctuality
The time indicated on your voucher is the time from which you must be ready in the hotel lobby or at the selected pick-up point.
As this is a shared service, the vehicle may arrive within 10 minutes after the scheduled time. This depends on route organisation and any other pick-ups scheduled within the same time slot.
If the vehicle exceeds a delay of 10 minutes, please contact us (preferably via WhatsApp) at +39 348 4504049 so that we can promptly update you.

Please:
   - Wait in the hotel lobby or at the selected pick-up point
   - Be ready and reachable by phone

We will always do our best to be punctual; however, traffic or unexpected route changes beyond our control may occasionally affect timing.

Vehicle Identification
The vehicle will display the “Visit Ravenna” logo, and the driver will have the list of booked passengers.

   - Do not board other vehicles

In case of any doubt or uncertainty, please contact us before making any decision: we are available to verify the situation and assist you.
If you independently decide, without prior contact with our office, to use a different service, no refund can be granted.
