Selected participants will get the chance to experience Ravenna like never before – and become part of the change.
Hospitality and activities will be fully covered by the project.

What to know before applying

We look forward to welcoming you in one of these periods: 25–29 May, 22–26 June, or 13–17 July 2026. Please choose only one and make sure you will be available for the selected dates — this will help us organize your stay in Ravenna in the best possible way.

The project will provide accommodation, meals, and experiences, while travel to and from Ravenna will be at your own expense, as well as any personal extras.

Applications will be selected in order of submission, while also ensuring a diverse and balanced group of travellers representing different backgrounds and travel styles. Participants will therefore include people from different regions and countries, with a mix of solo travellers, small groups (2 to 5 people), and families (with at least one minor).

• a valid ID document in JPG, PNG or PDF format (maximum size 1 MB);
• an active email address, to receive project updates and communications.
