This service operates with shared vehicles, therefore luggage space is limited.
Each item placed in the luggage compartment counts as 1 unit, regardless of its size.
The following are considered luggage items:
- Suitcases of any size
- Cabin trolleys
- Strollers
- Foldable wheelchairs
- Any object that occupies space in the luggage compartment
A personal item, such as a small handbag or backpack that can be kept on your lap, is not considered a luggage item or unit.
To guarantee the service, it is essential to indicate the correct number of luggage items at the time of booking. If the number of items exceeds what was declared, the service cannot be guaranteed.

Pick-up Time and Punctuality
The time indicated on your voucher is the time from which you must be ready in the hotel lobby or at the selected pick-up point.
As this is a shared service, the vehicle may arrive within 10 minutes after the scheduled time. This depends on route organisation and any other pick-ups scheduled within the same time slot.
If the vehicle exceeds a delay of 10 minutes, please contact us (preferably via WhatsApp) at +39 348 4504049 so that we can promptly update you.

- Be ready and reachable by phone

Transfer to port
Great transportation from our hotel in Ravenna to the Port for our celebrity cruise. They picked us up at our hotel when they said they would and drop us off right at the cruise terminal. Very easy and convenient.

Excellent option for hotel to port
This shuttle service was directly from our hotel in historic Ravenna to the port for our cruise. It was a fair price and a great service. We did not have to meet anywhere - the shuttle came to us at the hotel. There was one other couple in the van with us. Highly recommend this shuttle service.

Transfer to port
